With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the building and carpentry industry, Peter is the driving force behind every construction project we undertake. As a VBA Registered Domestic Builder (DB-U 73768), he brings the credentials and expertise needed for projects of any scale.
Peter's specialties include home extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, custom decking, and precision carpentry. He's known for his meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to bring clients' visions to life with skill and care.
Office & Maintenance Co-Ordinator
Karen brings over 20 years of real estate industry experience to Advance Building & Carpentry. As a former Business Development Manager and Senior Property Manager in Melbourne's west, she understands exactly what landlords and property managers need.
She manages our property maintenance services, handling everything from routine repairs to minimum standards compliance and emergency callouts. Her problem-solving skills and professional communication make property maintenance stress-free for our clients.
